Annual General Meeting

According to the Finnish Companies Act, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is the highest decisionmaking body of the company. The Annual General Meeting decides on amendments to the Articles of Association and changes in share capital as well as dividend distribution, elects the Board of Directors and Auditors, as well as decides on their remuneration, and approves the financial statements.
