Responsible Marketing
Social responsibility in Altia is based on ensuring the well-being of the Group's personnel and safety at work, product safety and on the Group’s voluntary commitments as regards the marketing of alcoholic beverages.
Altia manufactures and markets its products responsibly and promotes responsible use of the products it manufactures. In the marketing of alcoholic beverages, Altia adheres to the principles enshrined in the Charter on Responsible Alcohol Consumption published by the European Confederation of Spirits Producers CEPS, as well as EFRD’s (European Forum for Responsible Drinking) Common Standards on Commercial Communication.
The undersigned of the Charter ensure that their commercial communication or products do not encourage or accept excessive use or misuse nor target minors. The general commercial communication standards of the EFRD concern the misuse of alcohol, minors’ use of alcohol, drink-driving, hazardous work, workplace and time off, health aspects, pregnancy, alcohol content, performance as well as social and sexual success.
