Changes in the Board of Directors of Altia Plc
The Annual General Meeting of Altia Plc nominated the following persons to
the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting on April 28th, 2010:

Ms. Catarina Fagerholm, M.Sc. (Econ.), Managing Director, Instru optiikka Oy
Ms. Ainomaija Haarla, D.Sc. (Tech.), MBA, President and CEO of the Technology Academy Foundation
Ms. Annikka Hurme, M.Sc. (Food Science), Executive Vice President, Fresh Dairy Products and Domestic Sales and Marketing, Valio Ltd
Mr. Ilkka Puro, M.Sc. (Pol.) Senior Financial Counsellor, Prime Minister’s Office, Ownership Steering Department
Mr. Markku Rönkkö, M.Sc (Econ.), Managing Director, Järvi-Suomen Portti Osuuskunta
Mr. Jarmo Leppiniemi continues as Chairman of the Board and Ms. Catarina Fagerholm will be the Vice Chairman of the Board. Ms. Annikka Hurme is a new member of the Board.
KPMG Oy Ab was elected as the auditor in charge, the auditor of principal responsibility
being Pekka Pajamo, Authorised Public Accountant.
