Transformation of Altia Sweden
Altia’s new strategy – towards improved profitability and service mindset – creates a solid foundation to build the future. It includes revised financial targets and a set of projects ensuring synergies and enabling growth and innovation.
Effectiveness, synergies and growth are important for all companies in Altia Sweden. Premium Wines Nordic AB, an actor on the Swedish wine and spirit market from the year 2002 and since 2004 a part of Altia Corporation has not succeeded to meet the economic targets set for the company. Consequently the operation of the company is proposed to be terminated and the management of Altia Sweden has started the negotiations with the employees.
Suppliers and customers of Premium Wines Nordic are invited to stay within Altia Sweden as business partners of Philipson Söderberg and Bibendum. These two companies will offer suppliers strengthened ontrade sales, professional PR and communication work and a solid financial status. For the customers Philipson Söderberg and Bibendum offer a broad selection of brands, products and services. Members of the Premium Wines Wine Club are also invited to stay within Altia. Altia strongly believes, that this proposed transformation will constitute a platform for profitable business growth in Sweden delivering on the demands of the owner, suppliers, customers and consumers.
